NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002944 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and Betty Hodges, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Lisa Spencer, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
