NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-000569-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE R. MEREDITH, THE ESTATE OF BRUCE R. MEREDITH ands ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF BRUCE R. MEREDITH, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 4, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 10, Block 4, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION A, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 6, Page 35, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
