NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2017, and entered in 15-004790-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-FM3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-FM3 is the Plaintiff and FRANKLIN C. ORELLANA A/K/A FRANKLIN ORELLANA; ELSY ORELLANA ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANKLIN C. ORELLANA A/K/A FRANKLIN ORELLANA N/K/A CLAUDIA ORELLANA; WINDING CREEK VII CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 24, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 6203, PAGE 1659, ET. SEQ. AND INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 10 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
