NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-000268-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and CARMEN YOUNG is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 25, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
