NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 09, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004106-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION A/K/A COLDWELL BANKER MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM CAMPBELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 179, BRUNSON-DOWEL SUBDIVISION #1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
