A/K/A JULIO M. ROSADO A/K/A ROSADO JULIO, JR.; NANNETTE ROSADO; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Orange County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 20th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
