Final Judgment was awarded on March 21, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16001502CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-HE5 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES
2004-HE5 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EDITH S. WILSON A/K/A EDITH C. WILSON A/K/A EDITH WILSON, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A GARY STRANGE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JOSIE STRANGE; KEVIN LEE WILSON; JOHN DAVID WILSON are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
