Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the IN REM Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 01, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 17, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on April 19, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM.
