FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and RUSSELL L. RHODEN; BAYSHORE GARDENS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GINA HOWEY,, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
