NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 41 2013CA002752AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-5 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and Luis Rodriguez; Maria Teresa Rodriguez; State of Florida; River Bluff Homeowners Association, Inc.; Margaret Ruth Ramirez; Unknown Spouse of Luis Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Maria Teresa Rodriguez; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOT 14, RIVERVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 163, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
