BALZA; KATHYA BALZA are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 100 FEET NORTH OF THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 50 FEET; THENCE EAST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
