NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015CA005472AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs of The Estate of Barbara C Long, Judy Albergo, Martha Long Huff, Susan Young, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
