NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003420000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Willis E. Boozer a/k/a Willis Eugene Boozer, deceased, Robert Glenn Boozer a/k/a Robert G. Boozer, as an Heir to the Estate of Willis E. Boozer a/k/a Willis Eugene Boozer, deceased, Robert David Boozer a/k/a Robert D. Boozer a/k/a Robert D. Boozer, Jr. f/k/a Robert David Lanham, as an Heir to the Estate of Willis E. Boozer a/k/a Willis Eugene Boozer, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 24th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
