NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-004159-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., As Trustee For LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Carol Schulte, Cheryl Desalvo Ballard, Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Lynn Desalvo aka Lynn M. Desalvo, Deceased, Whether said Unknown Parties Claim as Spouses Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 24th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
