NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003687000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, James Evelyn Tunin a/k/a J. Evelyn Tunin a/k/a James E. Tunin a/k/a James Conley Tunin f/k/a James Evelyn King f/k/a James Evelyn Conley, deceased, Theresa King Frost a/k/a Theresa L. Frost, as an Heir of the Estate of James Evelyn Tunin a/k/a J. Evelyn Tunin a/k/a James E. Tunin a/k/a James Conley Tunin f/k/a James Evelyn King f/k/a James Evelyn Conley, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 24th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
