NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 05, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003139000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL G. MASON A/K/A MICHAEL GENE MASON A/K/A MICHAEL MASON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22 of THE MEADOWS, as shown by map or plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in Plat Book 65, page 24.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
