NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2017 entered in Case No. 2016CA002347000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Robert C. Sommer a/k/a Robert Craig Sommer, Deceased; James W. Sommer; Lakeside Hills Estates Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 188, LAKESIDE HILLS ESTATES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55. PAGE(S) 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1979 WEST MOBILE HOME TITLE #16579712, VIN #4774A AND TITLE #16579713, VIN #4774B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
