NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-2034 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C is Plaintiff and GARY WEINBERG, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20 day of April, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 89, of Marco Beach Unit Three, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 17 to 24, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
