NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 4, 2016, and an Agreed Order Granting Plaintiff's Second Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 24, 2017, entered in Case No.: 2013 CA 894, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE IGLOO SERIES II TRUST, as the Assignee of the Plaintiff, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-11 is the Plaintiff and ALOYSIUS SMITH, KELLY L. SMITH, PNC BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES, N.A., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA -- DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, and PINEWOODS UNIT FOUR, INC. are the Defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on April 20, 2017, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
