NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure sale dated February 13, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA003204000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Morgan Stanley IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs And/Or Beneficiaries Of The Estate Of Mary Ann Harrison a/k/a M. Harrison; Nyya Nicole Linscomb; Unknown Tenant In Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “C”, LAKE GORDON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
