GAINEY A/K/A PATRICIA GAINEY A/K/A PATRICIA ANNE GAINEY A/K/A PATRICIA ANNE SIMPSON; EAST COAST RECOVERY, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
