NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 21, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of April, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 51, OF LOOP SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN 157.5 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY AND 625.0 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE NORTH CORNER OF LOT 32 OF WAHNETA FARMS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 82A AND 82B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 117.5 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 50 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY 117.5 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2007 MANUFACTURED HOME, I.D. NO(S): WHC016345GAA AND WHC016345GAB, BEING PERMANENTLY AFFIXED THERETO.
