has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before MAY 01 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pasco County Court House, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
