YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title involving real property in Sarasota County, Florida, with a physical address of 3242 Kingswood Drive, Sarasota, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 1002 Ridgewood Estates, 18th Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 8, 8A and 8 B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Laura S. Bauman, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before May 1, 2017 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint to Quiet Title.
