NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000346 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation,Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-EQ1 is the Plaintiff and Ernest Samedi a/k/a Ernst Samedi a/k/a Ernst C. Samedi; The Unknown Spouse Of Ernest Samedi a/k/a Ernst Samedi A/K/A Ernst C. Samedi; Nadine Samedi a/k/a N. K. Samedi a/k/a Nadine Henry; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For Nationstar Mortgage LLC; Capital One Bank (Usa), N.A.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 636, FOURTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
