YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a mortgage on real property located in Sarasota County, Florida has been filed and commenced in this Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DANIEL S. Parcel 2: Commence at the Northeast corner of U.S. Lot 2; thence West 1278 feet; thence South on Bayshore Road 648.281 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence West 323.2 feet more or less to the Waters of Little Sarasota Bay; hence Northwesterly along Bay 125 feet; thence East 141.6 feet more or less; thence South 105 feet; thence East 165 feet; thence South on Bayshore Road 20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
