LOT 3, RIVERWOOD ESTATES SUBDNISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 4791 Placid Circle, Sarasota, FL 34231
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Padgett Law Group, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
