NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015341 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and GERALD J. AXELROD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD J. AXELROD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 17 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, SPRING OAKS UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
