NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17th, 2017 (nunc pro tunc to March 8, 2017) in the above-styled cause, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of April, 2017, at 9:00 AM, except as set forth herein, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
Lot 19, Block 11, Plat No. 2 of the John Ringling Estates Lido Beach Division “A”, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 178, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
