NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 07, 2017, and entered in 2012 CA 009130 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTER ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE PASS-THORUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY D. ANDERSON; JEANINE B. ANDERSON; SIESTA COVE ASSOCIATION, INC; THIRD FEDERAL SAVING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 08, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
