NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-005464, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MINNIE L. SMITH A/K/A MINNIE LOU SMITH, DECEASED; NICK ERIMIE; CINDY CAROWAY; CHARLOTTE MARIE COMMANDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLOTTE MARIE COMMANDER; LYNN BERGERON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2003 FLEETWOOD DOUBLEWIDE MANUFACTURED HOME WITH A SERIAL NUMBERS OF FLFL370A30341BH21 AND FLFL370B30341BH21.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
