NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2017, and entered in 36-2016-CA-003346 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CLIFTON MCGHEE, DECEASED; LISA DUNCAN; JOSEPH R DUNCAN JR; KEVIN HOLLAND; DAWN HOLLAND; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FOR THE BENEFIT OF GREENWICH CAPITAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS, INC. are the Defendant(s).
