CORREA-LUGO; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
