NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-001511-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael L. Hinegardner A/K/A Michael L. Hinegardner Sr.; Unknown Spouse Of Michael L. Hinegardner A/K/A Michael L. Hinegardner Sr.; Billy R. Moore Jr.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, ORANGE BLOSSOM RIDGE SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
