NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-004198-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Zachary Coulombe; Unknown Spouse of Zachary Coulombe; Venetia Country Club Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 704, BUILDING 7, VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM SHOWN IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1961. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
