NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2017, and entered in 13-009769-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN P. ROWLAND A/K/A JOHN ROWLAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN P. ROWLAND A/K/A JOHN ROWLAND ; JULIA WILLIAMS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA WILLIAMS ; JOYCE ROWLAND; JERROLD ROWLAND are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
