NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003094-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP2, is Plaintiff and SHELDON PERSAD A/K/A SHELDON PERSAUD; MILISSA BENNETT A/K/A MILISSA BENNETT A/K/A M.L. BENNETT A/K/A M. BENNET PERSAD, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 129, Fieldstream West, Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 20 - 23 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Property Address: 11209 SPINNING REEL CIR, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32825-7229
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
