Cobb; Sabal Harbour Homeowners` Association, Inc.; USAA Federal Savings Bank are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
