NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA000529 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICA'S, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-QO9, is Plaintiff and TAMMY CRONAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT SE CORNER OF LOT 6, PATTEN'S SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE GO WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE 90 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE GO NORTH 100 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE GO EAST 90 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF LOT 6, PATTEN'S SUBDIVISION; THENCE GO SOUTH 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF LOT 6, PATTEN'S SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
