NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 05, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA004929AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-G, is Plaintiff, and EDGARDO KUTA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
East 130 feet of one square acre in the Northeast corner of the SouthWest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, lying and being in Manatee County, Florida.
Being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence West along the South Right-of-Way Line of a County Road 130 feet; thence South 1 degree 07 minutes 30 seconds E, 210 feet: thence East 130 feet; thence North 1 degree 07 minutes 30 seconds W, 210 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
