NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA005550AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and MARIE L. GRAEFF, ET AL, are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 31st day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
THE WEST 60 FEET OF THE EAST 788 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
