NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002060AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1, is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH J. FRIESS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 14, 15, AND 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
