NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002167AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SELF HELP VENTURES FUND, is Plaintiff, and LEONCIO ZAVALA BARAJAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 2, HOUGHTON'S ADDITION TO NEW MEMPHIS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 147, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT any portion thereof taken for road right of way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
