Gray, Rolling Oak Ridge Subdivision Property Owners' Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 NKA Emily Warne , Unknown Party #2 NKA Al Lopez , are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 26th of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 59, ROLLING OAK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE(S) 21 AND 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
