SAID LAND BEING A PORTION OF BLOCK A, MILLER`S MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
