NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2010CA-006535-0000-WH, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2013-TT2, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and ROSE ANN MARTIN, individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Kenneth George Martin, Deceased; EBONY MARTIN; DREMA MARTIN; MICHAEL MARTIN; MARY ELIZABETH MARTIN; HOWARD MARTIN; JUANITA MARTIN; KENNETH MARTIN JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSE ANN MARTIN; INA GIVANS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. LOTS 5 & 6, BLOCK 99, VILLAGE 3, NEIGHBORHOOD 3, POINCIANA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 19-31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
