Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 18, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 62, HIGHLANDS CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGES 19, 20 AND 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on May 22, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM.
