NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001189000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS C. YOACHIM, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 47 of LOMA DEL SOL PHASE IIE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 104, at Pages 28 through 31, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
