NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000781 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for NRZ Pass-Through Trust V, is the Plaintiff and David A. Oppedisano aka David Alfred Oppedisano aka David Oppedisano, Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club, Inc., PNC Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Unity Bank, Terrace I at Stoneybrook Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 735, BUILDING NO. 7, TERRACE I AT STONEYBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2397, PAGE 1302, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
