Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated April 25, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000937-CA-AX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, in which REGIONS BANK, is the Plaintiff, and SMILES AND GIGGLES HEALTH PLAZA, LLC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA o/b/o U.S. Small Business Administration, SMILES AND GIGGLES DENTISTRY FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS, P.A., MIRANDA W. SMITH, and SUNCOAST BRACES, P.L., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of May, 2017 to be conducted in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages:
